Booked double room, that included air conditioning, a work desk, and a TV set. We appreciated the location in a perfect and amazing setting, to the port of Bilbao. It was also close enough to national park as well as restaurant showing Bull Fighting.

Particularly good and perfect location on an overnight stop traveling from England to Southern Spain, easy to get around. Adjacent to the cafeteria after dressing for a nice meal, and ferry port in spain.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a very convenient location, perfect for an overnight stop on our way to the ferries. The hotel provided excellent value for money, with affordable prices and even breakfast included. The staff at the hotel were attentive and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The rooms were well-appointed, with all the necessary amenities, and I particularly enjoyed the large balcony and the good shower in the bathroom.
One issue that could be improved was the noise from the nearby restaurant showing Bull Fighting. Despite this, overall, our stay at this hotel was fantastic and I would highly recommend it to others.

Excellent rooms and GOOD breakfast available. A short walk to Restaurante Graccurris, where you can have lunch. We could visit one of our favorite spots Mirador de las Ciguenas next to the hotel.

Our room was very clean. A huge variety restaurants to eat close by, like San Roque that was only 5 minutes' walk away. This hotel was good value. It is very close to the airport.

Hotel Palacios is the popular choice in Alfaro. the staff is amazingly friendly and efficient. They offer a large breakfast with fresh orange juice and free wifi. the hotel's location is amazing, with easy check-in and onsite parking available.

The helpful breakfast staff spoke English and went above and beyond. Rooms were spacious and bright, conveniently located near shops and bars. More breakfast options were added since our last visit. Staff and guests were welcoming to our dog. Appreciated the air conditioning in the 40°C heat. 👍

Helpful staff and central location, the rooms were clean and despite the cold weather at an ambiant temperature.
It was all rather basic including the restaurant which was lacking in any atmosphere or ambiance, the bar was very local and very smoky! Not used to that in UK any more.

Excellent value for money & more or less exactly the area we wanted to stay in.
The wi-fi during the evening was very slow, and the cafeteria / restaurant was not open & showed no signs of being open.

Good-sized room. Comfortable bed. Very clean. Sensible desk. Good internet. Good food in 'on-site' restaurant. Barely 5 mins from AP68. Large free carpark. Friendly and helpful staff. Swift and cheerful service. Excellent position close to motorway. Great value for money. Nicely Spanish breakfast. Excellent pinchos bar selection. Vast array of cakes.
